Dan Wang holds a PhD in Economics from the University of Washington. She is Director on the China team at Eurasia Group, where she analyzes China’s economic evolution and its implications for global markets. Her focus at CX worldwide summit on 1st of April, includes consumer behavior and customer relationship management (CRM), with particular expertise in customer experience (CX) in retail across China and Singapore, and comparative insights on Japan and Korea. Dan will explore how Chinese consumers differ from their regional counterparts and what this means for customer experience strategies across Asia. A frequent voice in global media, she has appeared on CNBC, Bloomberg, BBC, and contributed to The New York Times. She writes a column for FT China.
