Fabrice André is a senior executive in the telecommunications sector, having spent more than thirty years with the Orange Group. Since January 2023, he has served as Senior Vice President, Orange Operations in Central and Southern Africa and the Indian Ocean, following his role as Head of Orange Operations in West Africa from 2015 to 2022. His career is marked by deep expertise in international operations management, service quality, and customer experience.
Prior to his international responsibilities, he held several senior leadership positions within Orange France, notably as Chief Customer Service Officer and Director of Sales and Marketing. He also served in regional executive roles within France Télécom, contributing to the Group’s transformation during the liberalisation of the telecommunications market.
His work is closely aligned with the development of digital infrastructure, digital inclusion, and improved connectivity across Africa. Alongside his executive responsibilities, Fabrice André holds several institutional positions, including Board Member of the French Council of Investors in Africa and Foreign Trade Advisor to the French Government. He holds an engineering degree, complemented by a specialisation in international management.
