Sekou Amadou Bah is a recognized international executive in the telecommunications sector, with extensive experience across West and Central Africa.
Originally from Guinea, he recently took up new responsibilities in Senegal, following a series of senior leadership roles within the Orange Group. He notably served as Chief Executive Officer of Orange Money Democratic Republic of Congo, and later as Chief Executive Officer of Orange Sierra Leone, a position he held for five years.
Throughout his career, Sekou Amadou Bah has stood out for his ability to combine economic performance, organizational transformation, and a strong customer-centric culture. In Sierra Leone, he initiated the “My Customer, My Boss” program—a structuring initiative placing customer experience at the heart of managerial decision-making.
