Paola Fabiani is the President and Founder of Wisecom, the first call center established in the heart of Paris, and currently serves as Vice President of MEDEF, in charge of entrepreneurship and as Spokesperson.
She began her career at Teleperformance, the global leader in customer relations, then joined the Armatis Group, where she ultimately became Director of Operations, before taking on the role of Head of Direct Sales at Neuf Télécom (LD Com Group), where she also sat on the Executive Committee.
Building on these experiences, she founded her own company, Wisecom, which she has developed by combining technological innovation with human excellence. Today, the company employs 400 people.
She is also the author of the book ‘Knowledge Is No Longer Power’ (Éditions Débats Publics, 2018) and has been appointed Chevalier of the French Legion of Honour.
