Christopher Lai currently serves as Director of France, Spain and Portugal for the Hong Kong Trade Development Council, overseeing the Council’s operations and strategies for enhancing economic relations between the region and Hong Kong.
He has held a number of positions during his 19-year tenure at the Council, including Section Head of IP and Technology, Director of Korea, as well as Section Head, Financial Services.
He will talk about the Hong Kong innovation for customer experience.
