She currently works at Tetra Pak, where she leads workplace experience and real estate initiatives across the EMEA region, with a focus on portfolio optimisation, employee experience, governance, and sustainable transformation. Her work sits at the intersection of strategy, operations, and change, bringing together cross-functional stakeholders to deliver practical business outcomes across complex international environments.
Before joining Tetra Pak, Muge held senior leadership roles at Vodafone, where she led large-scale property, workplace, health and safety, wellbeing, and capital investment portfolios. Over the course of her career, she has delivered major workplace transformations, office relocations, sustainability programmes, and operating model improvements, consistently combining strategic thinking with strong execution.
Muge is particularly interested in how workplace, culture, and transformation come together to support business performance, employee experience, and long-term organisational change.
